I ordered 2 onion pizzas from Pizza Galleria through zomato and upon receiving the order we barely ate 2 slice when we noticed a hair stuck in the base of the pizza so we immediately tried to contact zomato through the helpline option in their app but they offered a 100 rs coupon which was valid for 30 days by which they are forcing us to use the coupon within that time else we will lose our money so we declined the coupon. After that i tried to tag them on twitter with all proofs but they never replied. Later i mailed them and got the same reply of a 100 rs coupon which i declined again. I just wanted a replacement at that time nothing else than that but now i want full refund of my order i.e Rs 169
