I have ordered three items via Swiggy. Order number is 155622572533. My wife is a vegetarian. She found a dead insect in one of the bite she was having of the Upma. It was a bad experience. It could have got her or me a serious food poisoning. Swiggy team initially tried for a 26 Rs. refund and then I was offered refund of my order value which is 140 rupees. This needs to be seriously taken care of. Swiggy trying to convince us with order value refund but they can’t held themselves accountable for the food their restaurants is serving. Restaurant is a pure vegetarian restaurant. Just need to understand from Swiggy that who would have taken the responsibility if fall sick.
