My Amazon.in Order # 171-2437584-0100358

Hi, I’m Mradul Mishra

I ordered a Canon camera lens and I got the package on 27 Aug 2018 with the cash amount of 8, 125/- I received it in the late evening and as soon as I opened it I found a piece of marbel rapped in plastic instead of camera lens.
Straight away I called Amazon representative and informed them about it.
They said they have to investigate and their team will be working on this now in addition they gave me a timeline and requested me to wait till 5th of November
Still with paying 8, 125/- from your pocket with nothing in you hand that was very tough but somehow managed and agreed.

I was all set to cooperate between their investigation but somehow I got a call from the Amazon investigation team to get the information unfortunately I was driving and was in the middle of the road so I requested him to call me back after hour or so but they didn’t called me again.

I called Amazon representative once again just to inform that you guys called me and I was not able to talk so they said you’ll get a call once again within 24 hours I didn’t got one so again I called them and 2nd person told me definitely now you’ll be getting a call within 48hours and it was 3th of November same thing I didn’t receive single response from them I called again and this time person told sir you have did all of your job so as I if they need to talk to you they’ll otherwise after 5th nothing happens from their side I will be able to provide you proper resolution.
Again I agreed on 5th Nov around 11:40pm I called again to get the resolution and person told me yes I’m proceeding your refund from my end and you’ll be getting credited within 3-5 working days. But unfortunately he said the manager is not available so call us in the morning I just need approval and it is for sure that you will be getting a full refund of it because the timeline is over I requested him to send mail he did it. I was but relax but when I call them in morning they said he gave me wrong information unfortunately because you gave us alternate phone number to contact that’s why you need to wait for another 3 working days and on 10th we’ll be able to answer.
Anybody who’s salary is 20k per month and paid almost half of his month salary just to follow his passion and got nothing but dates can imagine my frustration.
6th November again I contact them because I couldn’t rune my mood eve of Diwali and now the person that they won’t be able to give anything to me.
We did our investigation and we can’t provide you anything. You can talk every legal action you want to talk. We got that the item got delivered to you but the truth is I’ve got a piece of marbel rapped in plastic and when I took closer look Amazon box was double taped by transparent tape I’ve the proof and everything.

I always thought Amazon.in is a brand and benchmark who never let there customers down and I never gone for any other online
Shopping websites. But seriously I recommend each and every friend of mine to not to go with anyone of you.

Don’t worry I’m sincere Indian citizen and I’ll take every legal action I can take on amazon.in because that’s my right and I’ve to do it to set and example for other that you can’t fool us like this.
