Text of Complaint by Surya KP:

I ordered a watch for 6995 INR, a few days after I ordered I got email saying it was shipped but when I tracked that, it had no information. Then I called customer care and they said they had issue with inventory and are cancelling my order. But I never got any cancellation confirmation.

They said I will get refund in 5-7 business days. It’s been almost a month now and I still have not received my refund.

I used upi to pay, and usually those refunds are instantaneous. But these people from fossil keep giving me lies and still not giving my refund
