Shipway Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding 4 of my shipments that have been incorrectly marked as RTO Delivered, even though they were never returned to me and no RTO Delivery Attempt was made.
The shipments were booked on 6 February 2026 and 9 February 2026. Based on the booking dates and movement timeline, all four shipments should currently be in transit. However, they were directly marked as RTO without:
Any Customer delivery attempt
Reaching the destination hub
Being returned to my address
Despite this, both forward and RTO (reverse) charges have been debited from my account, which is incorrect and unacceptable.
Shipment-wise excess charges debited:
OK1564 – Forward: ₹52.63 | RTO: ₹52.63
OK1565 – Forward: ₹53.34 | RTO: ₹53.34
OK1570 – Forward: ₹52.63 | RTO: ₹52.63
OK1577 – Forward: ₹52.63 | RTO: ₹52.63
I request you to:
Provide a clear explanation for why these shipments were marked RTO without any delivery attempt
Correct the shipment status or share valid proof of delivery/RTO movement
Reverse the excess forward and RTO charges debited from my account
Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest. If required, I am ready to share any additional details from my end.

Also, There is no option with customer to cancel shipment after booking .
Given the above, it is procedurally impossible and operationally unjustifiable for these shipments to be marked as RTO. Marking them as RTO without customer attempts.
