I bought order Sony HT S40R Real 5.1ch Dollby Audio Soundbar for Tv with Subwoofer Wireless Rear Speaker 5.1ch Home Theatre System/600W Bluetooth USB connectivity HDMI Optical connectivity Sound Model, Amounting Rs. 26990/-
I returned the product on date 22.03.2023, 4.30 pm which was checked
by the pickup boy. The pickup boy also told us the product is same and you
will get the refund when it will be reached at main collecting hub.
But till date i have not received the refund.
So when i talked to amazon customer care they told me that product is not
same.
When i contacted to jaipur amazon warehouse they told me that the returning product was original and same. We cannot collect the wrong product form any customer, we check it thoroughly. They also provide me a screen shot that company already received the original and same product.
Then how you can say product was not same.
Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible and return me the refund.
