Rupee way customer care people harassing and abusing to pay 2034 rs. Where i have not given my loan approval for disbursal.
Raised a complaint to their customer care but no response. They are doing this purposely sir. I went through their sight and uploaded the kyc doc for loan but at final stage only it’s showing the reality of how much they will deduct.
For 2000 rs. They are deducting rs. 800 and amount will credit 1200 in bank. It’s not showing in their initial page. Final page before disbursal stage only I comes to know .
So immediately I was going back but I am unable to go back. So i have uninstalled the app.
Even that time i have received the message. Your loan in under disbursal stage kindly install the app and approve like that. But I didn’t installed till now.
But 30 minutes later I received message state that your loan amount got credited. I got shocked I didn’t given approval how come this will be credited.
Immediately i have raised a complaint in their customer care feedback app and email everywhere but till now no response from them.
But the loan recovery team is totally abusing my photos and docs and telling sending to all my contacts and telling like i have cheated them .
Sir it’s purely forgery by this team. Using people documents and blackmailing through contacts to earn money .
Kindly close this site sir so no other people will try and get effected.
I am on my maternity leave tomorrow is my delivery date. But today I am with full tension because of this issue sir.
I have already lost my baby during pregnancy. We are from middle class family unable to tolerate this kind of blackmail sir. Which is not our fault.
Kindly help me solve this issue please.
