I received an ASUS laptop on 17th February from Amazon worth Rs. 1.5 Lakhs . After 15 days or so laptop started to get some random issues due to which authorized certain service repair requests was raised by me, however, the repairs are still not successful and the laptop is still lying at the service station.
However, after few days I received a disturbing news from ASUS repair center that I have been handed over a Refurbished laptop from Amazon. Upon investigating it further the ASUS support provided me previous 3 repair requests numbers for this laptop which were raised even before the date of my purchase from Amazon. These requests were never raised by me and now I am stuck with a used laptop that is also beyond repair.
Upon contacting the Amazon support, they had initially asked for proofs regarding the repairs performed over the laptop which I immediately sorted from ASUS and attached them to amazon’s support email. After contacting amazon again for the follow-up they had completely changed the story and are asking for some more mentioning in the documents from manufacturer which the ASUS’s representatives are not at all authorized to provide it me. So, it is like everytime you gather more proofs, amazon will try to ignore and keep on demanding unnecessary commitments from me on the behalf of the manufacturer i.e ASUS.
Instead, they are not even contacting the seller once to investigate what product they delivered to me and are also not taking the responsibility of returning/refunding this refurbished product even though they know that this is the case.
Please help me out because I have spent so much money for this machine that I am now totally broke! I am victim of scamming on Amazon that company themselves are not able to provide me with the justice.
