had ordered a cake and to my utter disgust the base of the cake had a dead fly in it. It is not only disgusting but life threatening too. I have been asking Zomato for a refund from the past three days but each time they are copy pasting the same reply and Are not even giving me exact reason and are just declining my request. Before you know it they even closed my case when I asked them to connect me to a higher official. I am attaching a picture of the dead fly and the order details .
