I have been using my Vodafone number since 8 years now and I do have sufficient balance in my sim and I do not use unlimited packs and I don’t need it. Vodafone is forcing me to recharge with unlimited pack and this is frustrating. I have this number linked to many other uses and thus can’t have it deactivated. They are violating my choice of services as a customer. Please look after this.
