I booked Nuego bus ticket on date 21/12/2023 for the journey from Agra to delhi (with pick-up point Waterworks Chauraha, Agra) for 22/12/2023. On the day of journey 10 minutes before the boarding conducter called me and asked to change boarding point and when I resisted he threatened me to leave without picking me without any refund of prepaid ticket

I faced same problem with nuego bus and cunduter said reach kasmiri gate metro station gate no 1 after that said reach DTC parking and after that said metro station gate no 6
And my bus missed and no refund and I visited to office nuego and their one satisfaction me why change
