I got this Fire-Boltt Phoniex Smartwatch through AMAZON on 7th Oct 2023, but it stopped working yesterday. I have a one-year warranty period.
I contacted the FireBolt customer service that was mentioned in AMAZON SERVICE CONTRACTS,

but there is no response, So I request to take action to resolve this issue.
Today I visited the Firebolt Service Center they said,
They stopped providing service for Firebolt products and are NO longer accepting FIREBOLT products for service.
There is no proper response from FIREBOLT and AMAZON.
