Text of Complaint by Tapan Kumar Shanty:

After giving bad feedback and denying to continue the tatasky binge, no one came and collect the stick. Instead they activated. Due to which I am not able to watch other channels because the amount deducted for the device.

CC is not able to tell me the reason why I am not able to see my channel for 2 weeks. After that they are asking me to again recharge to watch HD channel.

My Complaint:
1. Who is the culprit activated Binge?
2. Please hear my feedback on Binge
3. I spent today approx 4 hours with Customer care. Everytime they take customer time to greet, ask how can I help you, doing the same diagnosis, then call disconnected automatically.
