I am using Vodafone since 2011 and form past few days I’m getting text messages from vodafone saying I need to re harge my number with minimum RS. 35 to continue the usage of my sim in case I’m trying to use it for outgoing services like calls or sms.
But in several websites it’s showing that if I don’t recharge with minimum RS 35 after after 15 days my incoming services will be stopped and after 90 days of Grace period my number will be permanently deactivated by Vodafone and in no mean I can reatin that old number of mine .
I just want to clarify how can a company do this to it’s customer they are literally forcing everyone to recharge but how can a company force someone in doing this and deactivate someone’s number .
This scheme also applies applies for customers of idea , tata docomo and Airtel.
