I placed an order for a product on June 20. The product was supposed to be delivered by June 21.
On June 21, the Delivery person called up and informed that he has had a long day, is tired and will be delivering the order late.
I called up the Amazon Prime Customer Service number immediately and upon complaining about the issue, I was told that the order has been cancelled and refund will be issued once the order is returned to the seller.
On June 24 (today), the order was delivered to my address along with other multiple orders.
I again called up the Customer Service number and spoke with two people (Anam and Vinay). Now I’m told that the order will NOT BE RETURNED AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE EITHER BCOZ THE ORDER DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE.
The call log should be heard by the senior customer service management team and I want to escalate this issue regarding forced delivery and Exceptionally Poor Customer Service from both Anam and Vinay
I will escalate this further in case this issue is not resolved promptly
