Respected Sir,
With reference to order id 171-2860576-5146740 from Amazon.in e-commerce website amounting Rs 11,749.00, dated 7th May, 2021, I, Tanmay Choudhury want to bring in your kind attention that after the successful cancellation of my order on the very next day i.e. 8th May, 2021, I still didn’t get a refund for my order. Even after several communication over phone and email with customer service of Amazon I have been told several times (6 times) that my refund is already initiated or will be initiated within next 3 days. But it is almost 52 days and still I didn’t get refund. Under such circumstances, I have been reportedly harassed and feeling completely cheated and hopeless from Amazon India.
