I have booked train tickets from Paytm app. But these tickets cancel by Paytm agent not by me. It’s Paytm customer fault. I want confirmed tickets on this particular date if it’s not possible than I want my full refund because it’s not my fault. The order I’d is 12840952133. Your customers also accept that these tickets cancel by our side. So please tell me suggestions.
