- Zomato delivered me Sweet box with Ants roaming and few sticked on sweets. When contacted them and sent image they rejected saying they talked to owner of shop and he said he didnt have any ants. Rejecting my image evidence and taking word of shop owner who did not submit any evidence zomato chose to ignore incident of Ants in food( box of sweets). I even offered to show them as soon as i got delivery. My claim was rejected and image evidence rejected on basis of shop owners denial over phone that Ants are not in my shop. No further investigation was done.
