I have order roasted chicken salad from subway.

time around 7.05 pm
When package is delivered, food was spilled completely and not edible.
Also soon was missing.
I contacted customer care immediately with necessary images and ask for full refund of Rs 311.
They were offering a coupon code of Rs 62 and denied for any refund.
Hence I am filing complain to get full refund.
