Hi team
I had ordered Biryani from Dhaba 9 on 8th November and it was never delivered. I can clearly see delivery guy picked up the order and gone to his own house. Then later, he comes for delivery and wastes time around and goes back. Yet, the app shows delivery. Please refund my money. It’s a waste to order and wait for the delivery guy to never deliver. What is the use of gold customer service if such pathetic service is being delivered. I even mailed to Zomato but they have given cookie cutter AI answers and refuse to call and discuss the issue.
