have ordered food from zomato app and after ordering the delivery executive took more than 1 hour to deliver it so I raised a query with the customer executive that where is my order and they enquired and they said delivery executive is not picking up the call so they asked me what would you like to do bcoz he is not picking up the call so we would like to cancel the order so I said yes and then they refunded only 70 rupees and remaining 23 rupees is charged for delivery charge and taxes why should i pay for it bcoz the order was not delivered to me but charging for delivery charges
