Text of Complaint by Peehu:

I had raised a concern regarding the poor quality of the food which was delivered to me
I had placed an order from the restaurant for 2 Veg Steamed Momos, as soon as i had picked up a momo, the entire stuffing was out from it
I had come to chat support and informed the issue to the chat associate with images
The chat associate had checked the images and told the me that my feedback will be shared with the restaurant
However, i needed a refund of the order because I was unable to serve this food to his guests.
Parallel when I am paying money for delivery to Zomato than responsibility lies with Zomato only.
