This is in context to a order done from the Zomato Application from a restaurant by the name of OvenStory. The order was for a double cheese margherita pizza done on the date 15th/June/2022 at 12:22Am, the order no for the same was 4123179819.

The quality of the pizza was really pathetic as the pizza was burnt from many places and on top of being burnt the pizza was undercooked as well in majority of the areas also the salt content on the pizza was too high which made the experience even worst for me and my family members who ate that burnt and uncooked pizza. The taste of the pizza was not at all to the mark would say that the pizza was not even 0.5% close to taste like a pizza. It tasted like a piece of bread with a lot of cheese and salt on the top.

When the same was reported to the chat support of Zomato, where MR Shikher your associate who was handling the online chat complaint made a false claim for a one time refund for the same and later in the chat the same was denied from his on end. Later in the chat he said to me that there can be no refund made for this order as Zomato does not takes the responsibility for the quality & the quantity of the food made by the restaurant.
