I have ordered food via Zomato vid order#2823743242 on 7th Sep 2021 from resturant BTW (NIT no 5 Faridabad). To my surprise i got the packed order with human hair in it.
This is really a bad experience what i have faced, and on the top of this Zomato has declined to pay me the refund of my money.
