I have ordered my food from Zomato on 28 august at 7:56 wherein I orders shahi paneer which was open and I ordered Malai tikka which was also opened hence apart from all everything was packed , now as these two items were open I have tried contacting Zomato thru chat no one helped chats are being passed from agents to agents and then submitted the feedback nothing happened and then call restraunt no one attended the call I have waited for the food for 1 Hr and this is what I got I have spent 2000 on this food and in the end this is what I got where I can’t speak to representatives aswell no one is helping with this let’s see if doing this can help me . I can share pictures aswell if u want kindly ask delivery agent to pick it back , as it’s not my fault either it’s the restaurant so careless or delivery agent have eaten it , I can’t trust anyone
