Hi,
My name is Somsubhra Pal. I had ordered Choco Brownie Fudge Tub 700 ml (1) on 26-8-2020 for Rs 218 from Swiggy. I was never contacted by the delivery executive, neither received any sms or emails. The delivery executive canceled the order. Later on contacting Swiggy Customer Support, they told that they had tried to contact me 3 times. When I asked them to show proof of them trying to call me, they said they cannot do that due to company policy. However I have proof that I did not receive any calls today from any delivery executive from my call history. They only refunded 125 Rs in the form of a Swiggy Coupon. I want immediate reversal of my full amount spent.
