I Have Ordered Food From Swiggy From KFC On June 18. While Tracking The Order I Noticed That They Came Closed To My Area And Suddenly It Showed Delivered. I Inquired With Security Also But They Told No Swiggy Delivery Came. Generally If Any Parcel Comes We Have To Provide Approval From NoBrokerHood. I Contacted Customer Case And They Told To Send Email To Email-Support@Swiggy.In As They Were Not Ready To Help. Even They Tried To Call Delivery Boy But They Also Did Not Got Any Response And Same With Me.
When I Mailed Them They Told As They Are Not Able To Investigate It Further They Are Not Proceeding With Refund. So Had To Take Step To Complaint Against It.
