I ordered food on 8th Nov at 8:15 PM and called the restaurant (at 8:16 PM) to provide Jain gravy. Restaurant confirmed to provide Jain gravy.
When I didn’t get the food till 9:48 PM, I raised the complaint over chat. First the person confirmed to refund the amount and then later denied to do it.
He asked me to send a mail t the support team. This is complete loot. I lost Rs 1038 with no food.
