I had ordered from swiggy on 30 July and my order was not delivered even after waiting one hour however the estimated time was ten minutes as per swiggy.They have issued me a coupon on same day with validity of 30 days.I tried to apply that coupon for several times in last 30 days but it is not working i escalated it to them several times.However the issue is not resolved and my coupon got expired and now they have no resolution.The service is pathetic.Every time they say it will be resolved in 10 hours which never happens.
