I had ordered food 15-01-2019 night 8:40 pm hotel named al arab feast near kotturpuram through ZOMATO .My order no is 1589777661 . i paid the amount 140 INR for my food and my estimated delivery time is 9:20 pm. This al arab hotel is nearly 1.5 km away from my location. The delivery guy did not delivered my food at estimated delivery time and he is roaming somewhere near beach.
that is the location shown to me in the tracking page. When i asked for the customer service they did not gave any response with my issue. The delivery guy is also not responding properly . He says that someone had picked up my order. There is a confusion between customer service and delivery guy. At 10:10 pm they says that the restaurant is gonna close now. The restaurant is gonna cancel you order . And soon they cancelled my order without any concern. I asked for any alternative for my food . They said that they would refund my money with in 5-7 days. the chat made by me and customer service guy in zomato chat is deleted by the company . I did not ate that night due to the mistake done by the delivery guy and customer service guy. Please help me to get justice .
