Text of Complaint by Ranjita Kumari:

I had ordered diner on 21/07/2021 at 9.p.m. on swiggy  . 4 items were ordered from Biryani Grills Khajpura ,Patna .But on delivery bag I found only 3 items  ..one item worth Rs. 175 was missing in the bag. I immediately adress the issue and ask them to make refund for the item not delivered. But they are not ready to make refund inspite of that they insisted to credit voucher of less amount. For redeeming that voucher one has to reorder even after unsatisfied service. I feel this is not the proper resolution of the issue to stop such malpractice.
