I have placed an order in ola ondc and paid through phonphe after payment they sent a confirmation message telling that my food is being prepared .I checked the app they was showing that food is preparing later after half an hour i checked the app ,they are showing that I haven’t placed any order.I tried to contact customer care in app , bit that was unavailable for ondc services.
