I had placed a food order over 2 hours ago. I did not receive my food, and they sent money to the source account without asking me first. I have been speaking with the customer care representative for over an hour. They refuse to send money to my wallet so that I can place the order again. Moreover, they placed a penalty on the delivery executive for no reason.
