Text of Complaint by Deepak Nambiar:

I placed an order on the EatClub app (Order No: 5MUCGYF) under a promotional offer where, instead of the usual discount, I was supposed to receive a free umbrella. EatClub runs this promotion regularly.

However, when the order was delivered, the umbrella was missing. Upon asking the delivery executive, he rudely informed me that the umbrella was out of stock. I contacted customer support, but all I received was a generic apology — no resolution or refund.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. A similar issue occurred with my previous order (Order No: 1JD0EF), where the same excuse was given and no corrective action was taken, despite my follow-up calls and emails.

It’s extremely disappointing to see this repeated pattern of unfulfilled promotional promises and lack of accountability. I request immediate action and a refund for the promotional value lost in both instances.
