Hi,
I ordered food(contains Mango milkshake, fries, samosa) of Rs 205/- from Swiggy on dated 11th April 21.
There were no any mango pulp used in the shake, it was just a condensed milk. When i complained about this to Swiggy, they denied to provide the refund for the item in my original payment mode. They offered me some coupon which has many rules to use it and it’s of no use to me.
I have paid tax, delivery charge for this order and the coupon they offered me Rs 73 which was not even the half price of my order. I told them, as I had paid the taxes and other charges for this item so i need all refund but they denied. I was helpless so I told them to atleast provide the refund in my original source still they keep denying. The executive names Arvind was very rude and didn’t even provided the appropriate solution. They just taking the advantage of the current covid situations by providing the fake/wrong items and by charging the double via taxes and delivery charges from the customer.
Please do the needful.
