Text of Complaint by Ranjana:

I ordered one Mysore Rawa dosa and one plate of Vada Sambar via Zomato online app from Mr Subramanyam sector 35 Chandigarh .
The restaurant served me not only inappropriate quantity and food made from different ingredients but sent me Masala dosa in place of Mysore Rawa Dosa. I am allergic to rice and both zomato and owner said they have delivered right product even after showing the image of dosa to Zomato they are not sending right product or refund. Rather wasted my precious time and energy in shifting my chat to many other persons. I asked them to call but in vain. The contact no. shown in front of the restaurant name on zomato screen is also a wrong no. as a female answered me and the no. got switched off after few minutes. In stead of offering good food zomato is not only over charging but also serving bad food and supporting the restaurants. we remain hungry for another two hours in this mess in spite of paying for the food in advance and even after paying extra 200/- rs as pro membership. Kindly take action against zomato and the restaurant both .
