I ordered food and paid through online..I did get my food but the status in app showing delivered…

  1. i have ordered via zomato for dominos pizza by 10.40 pm and completed my payment for Rs.437
    and the status was like will be delivered in a 10 minutes and the food is getting ready.

    when i checked the status after 10 mins the status remains same and even after 20 mins the sattus is same.

    i checked again after 35 mins the status remains same.at last after 1.hour i frustrated and trie dto call the dominos number but switched off and even tried the chat option for zomato but no progress.

    By 12.00am i got a missed call and i called back the delivery person asking for my address to deliver.

    and at the time myself and my family members almost gone to sleep after waiting for 1 hour and 30 mins of time left with a hungry sleep.

    still now i didnt got any call back or response from zomato or dominos , and food is not delivered but its mentioned as delivered in app. and i have got no refund still now.
