I ordered four naan from the restaurant . They delivered regular parathas. The restaurant could have atleast aksed before delivering the incorrect order. I wrote a mail to zomato customer support with pictures as proof but they wont refund my money. I have wrote to them twice but they have responded with the same mails twice.

I don’t know what to do now and feel harassed by the restaurant. There is nothing i could do to get my money back and so am writing here.
