Text of Complaint by Anushka Suvarna:

The customer care, did not supported to help delivery person find the address and in this process instead of 20mins it took 2hrs, food was ordered for the 2 senior citizens, suffering from diabetic. Also, the food had become cold, and milk shake watery.
And misleading offer first for 403, later for full refund and finally 300.
I now want full refund and compensation for my time, energy and irritation.
