- I have orderd poha from waah indore
- clearly mentioned in cooking instructions not put raw onion on top of poa while packing
- tried to give instructions via call , but nb updated on zomato app is switched off
- tried to reach out to zomato help just aftr palcing order byt was getting auto replies, we have send instructions , reach out to restaurant
- Again for reaching out phone number should be correct
- 6. my order came, with onions
- reached out to help for zomato
- what i m getting in reply, its nt zomato issue, its restaurant issue. we cnt help. we cnt refund
- I want to escalate this , as zomato support person was not ready to understand this issue and provide no help
Actually Now I have talk to spice villa cafe the refund will be coming in account tomorrow so there is no need to file a complaint
