Zomato took my order and the chat executive and delivery person confirmed the order to be deliverd and after a 1 hoir of chat zomato executive cancelled my order with out my permission and I have a call recording where they have excepted it but never gave me food i begged for food as the money is with them and they kept on closing the chat and call and never gave any food or any resolution and they diid for 2.5 hours anf i was mentally totured.please help as we as a customer are suffering a lot that to in covid sitution.
