flyrobe refusing to return a refund for product not delivered
My name is Timothee HUSSON. On the 14th of February 2020 I placed an order with Flyrobe for 5 garments to be delivered on the 20th of Feb 2020 and paid for them by card for a total of INR 25595. Out of these 5 garments 3 were cancelled by Flyrobe, according to their terms and conditions I was supposed to receive a refund for INR 13597 within 15 days. I never received this refund to date, despite many promises via emails, calls, whatsapps, etc of refund from them since then! They blamed it on tech issue, on a restructuring within the company, on a delivery issue, transfer issue, but the refund was never processed.
Flyrobe is a Fraud company (even their website and customer care doesn’t work) please don’t rent from there you will never get your money back, if you have doubts about my comment just check the Facebook group Fraud flyrobe. Officially there are over 2000 (from their own words in email) customers waiting for refunds, or waiting for their clothes back! This experience ruined my wedding.
