Hi, I had placed an order for a Shervani for my wedding and it was delivered and picked up as promised. However, even after more than three months and numerous calls/emails to FLYROBE, I have not received my security Deposit. I have even written a letter to the CEO, but just like their customer care, THEY DON’T CARE! I have been chasing them for my refund, and everytime, every single time I am given a new date on the same old excuse of their Data being lost!

I have complained and got their data corrected for my order but to no avail. My order was returned on time and it is QC cleared but refund is not processed and after reading reviews on consumer forums, I have come to realize that I am not aloan in this. There are several people who are still awaiting their refunds.

Hoping this is resolved soon!
