Recently I had bought a new Google pixel 7 from Flipkart at Rs 46,647 at exchange value with my old Redmi note 8 pro at Rs 8300. I received my new mobile on 24th July and my old mobile was exchanged today i.e. 28th July. I handed over my old mobile as well as the accessories to the Wishmaster at my location. He didn’t tell me about any defect my mobile had. Also I was threatened by the Wishmaster, that my exchange value will be deducted as I have submitted a different USB cord instead of the original cord and asked me to pay Rs 300 to him personally, so that he will pass me in the test and I can get the full exchange value. In the evening, the app showed me that my exchange value is being deducted by Rs 1300. I called the Flipkart customer care service and now they are saying that I have not submitted any accessories and my mobile display has a crack, which is totally wrong. And the Flipkart is now helpless in this regard and can’t help me regarding this issue. I want to file a complaint against Flipkart and the Wishmaster for giving wrong reviews and bribing me. The name of the Wishmaster is Nazir Ahmad. I am attaching the proof of personally paying to him for being threatened to reduce the exchange value. My order ID. is OD328643995465600100
