Booked ticket in 2020 and was scheduled in 19th march but due to lockdown it was cancelled, but it was not cancelled and spoke to cx care but they dint help finally after 500-600 calls it was cancelled but refund was failed and its already been a month everytime they will asked for 24-48 hrs and today they said i have to wait and this is the resolution and it was totally rude and i felt harassed so please i want to file a legal complaint regarding this mental harassment given by the agents
