Dear Team

I have booked a flight ticket for 19th May 2020 from Flipkart travel (Booking ID -FE2002125004328) has been cancelled due to lockdown, I have received a text message on 19th Feb ‘2021 for the refund, the deadline of the issue resolved on 1st March 2021 nothing was done, again they have sent another text message issue will resolve on 2nd March 2021, nothing have been done so far.
Today is 26th March 2021,  still have not received my refund rs. 6900 after several calls/email have been done to customer care. During my enquiry, I came to know that, my refund process was failed on the first attempt on 19th Feb’2021, but I was shocked and surprised that neither they have done any further attempt nor call me to take manual account details to initiate my refund. After sending them to complain mail on 8th March’2021 they revert back and asked for alternative bank details to initiate the refund, I have shared all account details but till date, the refund process is not completed yet.
This sort of behaviour shows how much ethics they have towards customer service but it shows they making fool of a loyal customer. It doesn’t show that they want to refund my money, I never expect from Flipkart such treatment where I have to keep begging for my refund and you have no solution.
Hopefully, get prompt action and response to solve my issue.
