Text of Complaint by Ankur upadhyay:

Dear sir/madam,

I bought dr. Morepen bp machine,  order Id- OD221846088114102000 , on 21st of may 2021. This product have MRP iissue,I reaised this issue with flipkart customer care. But unfortunately they didn’t understand now after calling them again and again they agreed to return my product, since I bought this product via flipkart paylater services then I didn’t pay my pay later bill on time because return approved after pay later last date, now they charge me 600 rs extra as late fee. Sir/madam please note that I already inform them that, I am unable to pay this amount if return not approved.

So kindly look into this matter. And please grant me 100000/- rs as compensation against flipkart for not giving me fare services and for my mental harassment. And please note that I called there customers service centre many times but unfortunately they are no response.
