I am ordering rehman creation coat and pant. When I flipkart team delivered product and then after I open the product I saw one baby dress ?. 

Then I am imidatly complaint in the flipkart app. And make request to return the product.becouse I received wrong product. 

Then after I make so much of complaint in customer care number. 

But customer care team no support and proper solution my problem. 

Every time the told sir refund request I raised you will receive your refund in one week and .

But not received any  my money refund. 

I am so many year shopping in flipkart but this time your service is very poor and very bad customer service. 

As compared to Amazon your service is very bad… His team and service team very good customer service. 

So it’s my humble request to refund my money as soon as possible . Other voice I am taken another step it’s consumer court..
