My Order ID OD426975499534178100
Its delivery date was 11th Jan. They Cash on Delivery Option and received online payment from me. They updated order shipped on next day i.e. 6th Jan. At the day of delivery in the evening they updated that your order could not be delivered,it’s revised delivery date is 25th Jan. They gave me 15 days later delivery date from expected delivery. I requested to cancel the order but they refused to cancel saying that cancellation period was within 24 hours from the order booking, then why within 24 hours they did not inform me that they can’t deliver the order on time and they will deliver it after 20 days. Neither they are cancelling my order not they are providing any dispatch details, courier name and AWB, neither they are giving any contacts of seller. They are taking money from customer for their personal use for a period of time and giving them time of months for order delivery. They make their money without paying any interest. Doing fraud with the customer with wrong order publishing. There is no seller no courier, giving wrong information to customer that your order is on the way with courier and there is some internal issue beyond there reach and forcing customer to wait for months. If you ask them to talk with their seniors they quit the chat or disconnect calls. Because they know that they are doing fraud with customer for some period. I request the consumer to take severe actions against Flipkart. Who has given them Authorization to hold the customer payment for months and not giving any proper reason of delay for so long time.
