I ordered a realme wireless earbuds from flipkart Order ID – OD125485141675471000 on 17th of July
but i received different model of same brand With damaged box packing on 17th July.
I requested for a return same day on 18th July but the courier boy rejected.i contacted customer care they promised pickup 24th July but he again didn’t picked up.
I made again complaint they told me wait for 25th July but third time again delivery boy refused.
Again I get promised for 26th July and Received mail from backend team that on 26th July before 7pm product will pickedup.
But still on 26th July delivery boy didn’t came and when I made call he told me that he is not coming.
What shall I do please help me out i called customer care more than 100 times but they are unable to give solutions
